1. Acceptance of Terms

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of winnings, and potential account closure.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Game results are final and binding once the round is completed. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

The okbjc trademark, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks or trademarks of okbjc in the Philippines and other jurisdictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from okbjc without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbjc, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, inability to use the Platform, or any interruption, suspension, or termination of services.

okbjc does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, maintenance downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with okbjc services is to cease using the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of okbjc services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.

Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, with no right of appeal except as permitted by Philippine law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against okbjc.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

okbjc reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; prolonged account inactivity; or at your request. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements and regulatory obligations.

If your account is closed due to breach of these terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any balances and withhold any winnings. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options are also available for responsible gaming purposes.
